Emergency Alert System/Code Blue is an advanced easy-to-use application through which you can send Emergency Alerts to the desired Extension. It allows sending Messages & Pre-Recorded Voice Calls to emergency support team members of different departments in hospitals like to the team responsible for handling the Cardiac team, Accidental case, Death, or any other Emergency.

  • Emergency Codes (up to 1000) can be configured for various Emergency Services
  • SMS service can be provided through GSM Modem or through a Web URL
  • Pre-defined Mobile Numbers (up to 50) can be grouped for various Emergency Services, like Code Blue (Cardiac emergency), Code Black (Death emergency), Code Red (Fire emergency) etc.
  • Address Book of Doctors or other Staff members is maintained for fast configuration
  • Supports Re-attempt facility if message sending fails.
  • Offers extensive Detailed/Summary Reports for complete analysis for proactive actions.
