Year 1996-98 – Reverse Engineered Analog EPABX products & Developed 256 ports DX 2000

Year 1998-99 – ISDN & E1 functionality was added in DX 2000 upgraded to 512 ports

Year 2000-01 – Initial version of IRIS IVDX an integrated voice & data switch was launched

Year 2001-02 – Developed IRIS 2000 that supports up to 2000 voice ports.

Year 2002-03 – Improvised IRIS developed digital capabilities like PRI & IP

Year 2004-07 – IRIS was upgraded to support, in skin ADSL2 +, VoIP, STM1 & 2G, GSM BTS

Year 2007-08 – Initiated Soft switch & wireless communication products

Year 2008-09 – Tactical products such as I-connect & Ridex for Defense

Year 2009-10 – GSM Micro BTS as fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) solution

Year 2010-11 – Server Gateway based architecture. Upgraded Iris PBX to act as media gateways

Year 2015-16 – Unified Communication Platforms and PBX with IP switching at the core

Year 2016-17 – Collaboration Desktop Sharing & File Sharing

Year 2018-19 – Network Management System management of enterprise communication network

Year 2019-20 – Video Phones, Conferencing Solutions, Hardware accelerated & green gateways

Year 2020-21 – Enhanced Distributed processing, High Availability, Cloud processing Tenant architecture, Boarder Controller and media gateway controller. Developed active path replacement.

Year 2021-22 – Video Conferencing, Media gateway with redundant gigabit backhaul support on OFC, IP phones audio and Video. New Graphical user Interface with rich user experience. Hospitality and Call centre application enhancement.
