Return Policy
Coral Telecom Limited offers a refund policy depending upon the product you purchase on our website. Please read the terms & conditions of the product/products before placing an order. Coral Telecom Limited will not be liable for any refund that is not committed for that particular product/ services.
How To Claim Replacement/ Refund
We provide a 12 months warranty which includes free online support for 12 months. In case of damaged product received, we would follow 10 day exchange policy after the delivery. No refund would be initiated once the payment is done. Replacement would be made under the following conditions–
Product/ services that malfunction, or do not work as intended or designed.
Any issues that may arise without any manual intervention and are related to the product quality, specifically.
If the product delivered by us causes any of the above-mentioned issues, you can claim a replacement with the continued warranty of the remaining months or get a refund of your product within 2 days of the delivery date by returning our product back. All you need to do is:
Share the video of the product/ services with the prevailing issue at shop@coraltele.com.
Send us your phone number/order number. Just about any of it at shop@coraltele.com along with the video.
Our Customer Service Associate will respond to you within 48 working hours.
Refund is limited to the products and/or service(s) that were paid for. If only products were purchased, refund is limited to the replacement of the parts. If products/ services along with annual maintenance services are purchased, they are extended to cover the cost of product/software replacement/ repair and any other replacements/ repairs specifically resulting from the initial replacement/ repair.

Shipping Policy
