Coral Telecom has bagged the Nigerian Army ruggedised field exchanges. These exchanges are ruggedised as per the JSS 55555 standards complying to MIL STD 461 D / E
Coral Telecom picked up the prestigious Gangaram Hospital order for 2000 ports. This is a pure IP switch with server / media gateway architecture. The hospitals appointment management software is also designed by Coral.
The most prestigious hospital of the Indian Army, better known as R & R hospital in Delhi now talks through Coral''''s IRIS IVDX. It is a large 1000 line exchange with voice, data and wireless extensions.
Coral Telecom has bagged a large order to manufacture and supply of ruggedised field exchanges from Kongsberg Defense and Aerospace, Norway. These exchanges are designed to work under tough field conditions and comply to military standards MIL STD 461d/e. Coral has already exported the first phase of the order and is in the process of supplying the second phase.

In line with coral''''''''s philosophy of participative style of Management, regular HR exercises are held at Coral at all levels of management. These exercises are aimed at imbibing qualities such as decision making, leadership skills and team building. One such exercise was conducted at company''''''''s Solan plant where the top core team of the company underwent HR training for two days. Similar exercise was later carried at the banks of ganges at Rishikesh which even involved location heads of the company.
In FY 2007-08 Coral Telecom has performed very well & made a place in top 10 vendors in India. According to Voice & Data estimate Coral Telecom has a growth rate of 42.9% which is highest among all the players. Coral Telecom bagged major orders from BHEL and Apollo Hospital for providing voice and data solution. Apart from orders from the Army and the Railways, it also provided voice and data solution to twelve offices of Mecom.
Makair range of radio equipment are now FULLY CERTIFIED as per the standards of WPC (Wireless Planning Commission of INDIA) which are based on EN300328 V1.6.1 and EN301502 V1.1.1. The certification from KTL Labs UK is attached in the Product support (Tender support and Certificates) section.
